A recognized expert in real estate development, Mélanie Robitaille plays a central role in the growth and strategy of Rachel Julien. She oversees business development, finance, marketing, and legal affairs, while providing a comprehensive perspective on the industry's challenges. Chair of the Housing Committee of the Urban Development Institute (UDI) and a member of the Government Relations and Urban Planning Committee of the Quebec Provincial Association of Housing Corporations (APCHQ), she actively contributes to the sector's evolution. Committed to promoting sustainable construction, she regularly speaks at conferences on responsible real estate development. Mélanie is also Vice-President of the Board of Directors of La Dauphinelle, a shelter for women and children who are victims of domestic violence.
